- Identify and attend local events on behalf of the company, including school and PTA/PTO events, college fairs, community gatherings, Chamber of Commerce functions, and sponsored or hosted events
- Represent the brand in a professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming manner
- Engage with prospective families and students to generate leads and collect contact information
- Distribute marketing materials and communicate our services clearly and accurately
- Submit post-event activity logs and lead reports in a timely manner following each event
- Proactively identify new event and outreach opportunities within the Houston area
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you're comfortable striking up conversations with strangers
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Access to reliable transportation within the Houston area
- Comfortable working primarily evenings and weekends
- Smartphone or device capable of capturing and submitting lead information digitally
- Prior experience in outreach, sales, marketing, or community engagement is a plus but not required
