    • Counseling students and families to identify resources for scholarships and financial aid
    • Providing expertise for developing college lists
    • Providing regular meeting summaries
    • Serving as a reliable source for students and families
    • Meeting deadlines for submitting applications
    • Developing and interpreting summary reports on students’ progress on standardized tests
    • Guiding students through the essay writing process to create and refine main, supplemental, honors, and scholarship essays
Skills and Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in an applicable field of study, including business, education, and social sciences, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, particularly with teenagers.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to learn and execute a proven system
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The successful applicant will be comfortable using technology. At a minimum, the applicant should be adept at using web browsers, virtual meeting tools (i.e., Zoom), and Google Workspace applications, particularly Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
